Introducing Dynamic Content and More in Our June Product Update

  •  2 min read

We've had an action-packed year filled with innovation and growth. Let's dive straight into the most recent game-changing updates in the June release of our Generative CMS.

Key Highlights

Dynamic Calls to Action (CTAs)

We’ve added built-in dynamic CTAs to help you drive deeper engagement and reduce the tedious task of managing countless individual CTAs across your site.

With this feature, you can centrally manage and intelligently insert CTAs across your site, from blog posts to landing pages and beyond, eliminating page-by-page updates.

Whether you need to update and outdated CTA on thousands of pages published over years, or have a short term priority like driving registrations of an upcoming webinar, with dynamic CTAs it's as simple as editing the text in one central location and hitting "Publish." The new CTAs are instantly propagated throughout your site, making it easy to ensure all CTAs are timely and relevant to compel visitors to take action.

Auto-Linking & Statistics

Another protection against mundane, repetitive, and costly tasks is focused on maintaining your on-site SEO. Leed's new Auto-Linking feature is your ultimate ally in maintaining a consistently optimized website. At the heart of this feature is a centrally-controlled list of terms and phrases. You decide which keywords should be hyperlinked to your most relevant, high-performing content. No more manual linking or worrying about broken links during page renames or site reorganizations.

But what happens when you create an even better page? Simply update the Auto-Linking setting and hit publish. In an instant, every link across your entire site will be updated to point to the new, improved content. The best part is that the Auto-Linking feature is referenced by page IDs rather than name or URLs. This means your links will remain intact and functional even if you rename pages or restructure your site—no more broken links or lost SEO juice!

Contact List Uploads & Email Marketing v1.0

Our June release also features contact lists and email marketing. We've streamlined the process of importing purchased contact lists, making it a breeze to expand your reach without the headaches of downloading a template file or wrestling with Excel spreadsheets. Just import the list, and our Generative CMS will identify and correctly import the essential data.

Whether your contacts are imported or gathered through forms on your site, you can now create targeted groups and send templated HTML emails that truly resonate with your audience. Because you're using first-party data, all addresses and links come from your domain. This significantly improves email deliverability, ensuring your messages land in real inboxes instead of being filtered as spam or relegated to the promotions tab.

Look forward to even more advanced email analytics and campaign-building functions in the near future. Imagine being able to create follow-up emails that automatically adapt based on whether or not the recipient engaged with the email!

Smart Forms & Gated Assets

A form is displayed on a computer screen, asking for information such as name, phone number, and country of origin. The form is ready for the user to fill out and submit.

Documents like PDFs and Word Docs are now supported in the Digital Asset Manager so you can easily gate your most valuable assets behind landing pages. We will continue to expand supported formats for this must-have functionality, which is essential to generate high-quality leads from high-interest assets like industry reports, white papers, and other time-intensive resources.

In addition, our Smart Forms take the user experience to the next level. Returning visitors will love the convenience of our intelligent system, which recognizes if they've previously submitted their information to your site. This eliminates form-filling and email links to access the quality information they are looking for about your products and services.
